Started cooking in 1992, and still cooking with endless passion.


 I have a proven track record of excellence in Senior F&B Roles, from leading hospitality venues to stand alone niche creations, unique or mainstream restaurants / QSR to major catering operations. 

- in GCC as Europe., building identities, - strategy and projects with long term vision. 


A passionate, curious, honest and innovative Danish Chef with demonstrated expertise in building high performing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management, conducting training and development sessions.
